I found Karen and her staff to be very professional and always helpful with any questions and concerns I had. I’m hearing sounds now that I had missed, which really makes me happy again. For instance, raindrops on the windows or hitting on metal, the sounds of birds chirping in the morning, and the crickets at night. My new hearing aids have helped me with some depression I had because I could not hear certain things. I could hear sometimes when spoken to, but I usually couldn’t understand. Now, I have my NEW EARS (hearing aids) and my life sure has changed for the better: I’m less depressed, I am able to understand when spoken to, and most of all, I can hear the sounds of nature.
